Choir

I can write for any ensemble, voicing, or level, a capella or accompanied. Pieces are 3-5 minutes long.

Band

I know the difficulty some smaller schools have finding music for their odd instrumentation. Contact me with the ensemble instrumentation or difficulty and I can customize a piece just for your group.

Original composition: $500

Budget option: $250 - Choose one of my preexisting compositions and request it to be edited for your specific instrumentation.

Orchestra

Orchestra has a unique property in that many school orchestras have musicians of extremely varied abilities. I can write multi-level pieces to fit your unbalanced ensemble needs.

Alla Hornpipe is an arrangement of Georg Friedrich Händel’s music for an unconventional advanced band I taught at a small school. The instrumentation is 2 flutes, 2 clarinets, 1 piccolo trumpet, tambourine, timpani, piano, and bass guitar. This is an example of how I can take a piece of music and arrange it in such a way to fit your ensemble’s needs.

Inspirations from the New World takes the recognizable themes from Dvorak's 9th Symphony and arranges it for a mid-level unconventional band. The instrumentation is Flute I and II, Clarinet I, II, and III, Tenor Saxophone, Trumpet I and II, Euphonium, and Percussion I and II.
